Access was great with lots of space and rooms. Good shower facilities. Great for a group of friends.

Not enough towels provided (or very small towels) for a family of 10. Missed a kettle for boiling water and making tea. Felt as if it was never lived in. Would've liked it a bit more homely. Lots of steps for me dad (didn't help his knee). Found eyelash extensions in my bed.

"It was pleasant enough but we ended up staying just the one night since we really didn't sleep."

The size and cleanliness was nice.

It was too warm inside,ceiling fans would've helped. the traffic was very disturbing trying to sleep. Too many stairs to climb, an elevator would've helped.
