location was excellent with easy access for transportation the house felt homely

The service was not good. When I arrived, there was no one. No one answered my phone. I called several times. He kept me waiting. I had to go to another hotel.

The breakfast was very nice, I enjoyed every bit of it. The location looks good it’s closer to the Norwood junction train station which is not bad.

Sofa bed for was comfortable with no need to pull out. It's an entire apartment in the full sense. Washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, full set of knives, a chef would appreciate this long and wide separate food prep space. From kitchen you can poke head into living room which is wide. Has a dining table and big TV. I guess a really interesting thing was all the cupboard full of space, spare towels, iron, ironing board. Room was nice and could fit my travel cot without an issue. It's a couple minutes near where the sea walkways start and they go south. They have wide beaches and a beautiful sea. I have seen the seals on boats many times. It's near the station and the centre which is north. Main city road 15 minutes away. Lowestoft is my son's city so it helps to see visit him for an affordable price.

This is easily correctable, clearly a mistake and maybe less of an issue if everyone had managed to come that it was booked for, but there was a missing sponge. 10/10 otherwise. It was just me and my baby. Because I had to be at certain places with my older son without shops or I had to quickly get my baby to sleep or I couldn't leave her alone in the evening, I ended up cleaning with my hands which was very long and informing hotel staff to clean the pile I washed again for new comers. They were very good about it all. It's clearly an accident, but this is more of a reminder to keep spares

Was a nice quiet stay, quality kitchen amenties to use (mostly brand new). Cupboard and fridge space. In the middle of both a sainsburys and tescos, plenty of corner shops. Outside a bus stop and 15 mins walk from the train station

Communication was poor from the number given, to this day i recieved no response to my complaint. Glazing next to the door shone light into my room so was never completely dark/susceptible to disturbance. Loud surroundings/neighbours so opening a window at night was impossible if you require a sound sleep
