Douro Prestige Urban Retreat with shared S-Pool & Gym

A experiência nesta propriedade foi excelente. O atendimento foi atencioso e profissional, e as instalações estavam impecáveis. O quarto era confortável, bem decorado e com uma vista incrível. Os espaços exteriores eram muito bem cuidados, especialmente a piscina, que proporcionava momentos de verdadeiro relaxamento. Sem dúvida, um lugar que recomendo e onde gostaria de voltar!

Simply perfect! The apartment at Douro Prestige is a real treat just 5 minutes from the heart of Porto. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a bottle of wine and a bottle of Port, a special touch that made us feel instantly at home. The apartment is spotless, modern and stylishly decorated. The balcony, with a stunning view of the sunset, is the ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine - a magical experience that we would recommend to all couples. Access to the heated pool was a great bonus, a convenience and relaxation that added an extra charm to our stay. The well-equipped gym allows us to maintain a workout routine even when away from home. In addition, all amenities are available, ensuring that everything we needed was within reach. The location is perfect, allowing us to explore the wonders of Porto with ease. We will definitely return to Douro Prestige! A wonderful experience that we would recommend to any couple looking for a romantic getaway. Full marks! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Jättefin inredning, toppen standard, stor pool, varje sovrum med eget badrum.

Med barn är det för långt att promenera mot stan, taxi behövs varje gång man ska någonstans. Även för en vuxen ganska jobbigt att ta sig någonstans utan taxi eller bil då huset ligger högt upp.

The villa is nice, with an interesting 'vibe' / interior design scheme. Each room has a great bathroom for the guests, the pool is nice, the top floor has a little balcony which you can see the sunset from. We were granted late check-out for a couple of hours for free which was appreciated.

Not an ideal location - right next to a motorway which is noisy. The check-in procedure was difficult and I think it could be made a lot easier for guests, when travelling with a large group of people and needing to submit details prior to check-in is difficult. It would be great if this could be done ahead of time (a month or something) rather than a couple of days prior, as I was already enjoying my vacation and this was a bit of a pain. Charging more for early check-in / late check-out when you're spending this much money feels a little egregious, especially when the request is made ahead of time and you are purely asking for it if the opportunity is there.

Gorgeous, great space, awesome finishes, such good details. The pool of course was sick!

Key situation was a bit tricky

The whole thing, the decor was impeccable. The gym, the pool and even the smeg appliances

This is only personal choice but a full stand up mirror and a couple of softer pillows It was amazing

We loved the house! Very spacious and private, every room had its own bathroom, that was perfect for our group of 10. Very high quality equipment all over the place. The service was phenomenal! Very reactive and nice Hosts.

We would’ve loved more towels, toilet paper and dishwasher tabs from the beginning. After contacting the hosts, everything was provided. But it would’ve been nice to have more of those available from the beginning. And we were kind of confused with the address of the house. When you copy the address and put it to Maps, it actually leads you to a different location. But here aswell - the hosts saved us 😄 it would’ve been useful to have the address-tip for Maps available from the beginning.

Segunda Vez na Casa! Dá primeira vez correu tudo bem, desta infelizmente exigiram uma calção de 500€ e ficaram com ela porque recebi crianças como visita. Em lugar algum na cláusula diz que tem direito a ficar com a caução caso venha crianças ao alojamento. Triste, contudo perderam uma cliente. CUIDADO !! AGEM DE MA FÉ
