Wow!!! Eleni the hostess was lovely!! Helped with everything, made sure we didn't miss anything and was available. Eleni's attitude made the experience more pleasant and safer. The villa is clean, amazingly designed, equipped with everything you need.the sea view is perfect and relaxing. There is no doubt that I will return to stay at the villa on my next visit. Highly recommend, just perfect!!

Nothing.. Everything was perfect

The villa is breathtakingly beautiful. Every detail is thought out with the highest attention to detail and all furnished with great taste and a lot of love. It is located perfectly to be close to any important site, the beach, Heraklion, Knossos but also Hersonissos, but it is very convenient to get to any part of the island - the southern part as well as any other via the fast highway. The pool is crystal clear, as it is cleaned and refilled by the host Stathis every day. All in all, the hosts are the absolute highlight of this property, they are so eager and wholeheartedly happy to welcome you to your upmost comfort and satisfaction - Eleni and Stathis are just the nicest- it is touching how kind they are and it is such a beautiful experience to get to know them :)

This villa was everything we hoped for and more for our week’s escape to the sun.. Less than 15 minutes from Heraklion airport, it was very easy to get to as we’d hired a car for the week. Newly built, modern and beautifully presented, every room was spacious and comfortable with everything we could need for our stay. It really felt like home away from home. Eleni, our hostess was so lovely and could not have been more welcoming and helpful, meeting us when we arrived to show us the property and answer any questions we had. She’d prepared a lovely fruit bowl, snacks, water and bottle of wine for us plus a traditional welcome drink for us all. She also was on hand all week for a chat or advice on day trips out, where to get groceries and which restaurants to try. It was a 2 minute walk to a lovely beach suitable for families with children of all ages with clear, warm, calm and clean water. We hired sun-beds a few times and it was never overcrowded. We loved being able to have some time at the beach and then pop back to the villa for lunch and a swim in the pool and back again. The pool was a real highlight for us in the warm weather and late night swimming.. Eleni’s husband, Stathis tended to the pool daily so we needn’t worry about anything. Most evenings we walked the 15 minute along the beachfront to have a drink and watch the most incredible sunsets and then choose somewhere to have dinner. There is a great selection of bars and restaurants which we found very reasonable priced. There is so much to do on the island and we will definitely be coming back to stay in one of the Destino Villas so that we can explore more! For those that may be interested in visiting with friends or extended family. The villas are cleverly interlinked, as are the gardens so they can be opened up to allow access between the villas and gardens. We’ve no doubt anyone staying here will be delighted! We are already planning when we can visit next!
