Fantastic pool, with very comfortable lounge chairs. Above average weight room with barbells, dumbbells, benches and a couple cardio machines. Clean comfortable room with a good size fridge and smart tv, good a/c. Very attentive staff that ensure your room has all you require throughout your stay. Great location to walk to malls and the Mercado Sugbo where you will find a mind blowing selection of delicious freshly cooked food choices.

Shower could have been a little hotter but it was fine once you got in it.

The property is NOT luxury as advertised.

Everything in the room was dirty, the shower curtain was mouldy, towels smelt, we received ONE towel for 10 days and ONE roll of toilet paper. We also had to ask for a blanket because we were provided only the thinnest sheet in history and the flattest pillows in history. The hot shower worked ONCE in the 10 days, the toilet consistently wouldn’t work and when I continued to raise this I received abusive and threatening texts from Gary, telling us that it was our fault and we should do some “research and common sense” , despite the fact we had been staying on islands with much lesser facilities and yet their hot water and plumbing worked perfectly. Trixia was lovely and tried her best but clearly controlled by Gary. Classic example of power and control, I feel sorry for Trixia as she’s clearly doing her best.

Great pool, great location, the accommodation was amazing. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was really accommodating. We will book the same place next time for sure.
