If it was clean it would have been a nice place to stay for a night or two. It has possibilities.

It was filthy. Towels smelled like BO. No hot water. Couldn’t take a shower. Kitchen tap not working at all. No water. All beds had dirty, unwashed sheets and pillows. We slept in our clothes and didn’t take a shower. The fridge was dirty. The entire space including the sofa needs a deep cleaning.
