It was a lovely place to stay. It was in a quiet, secluded area. The house was very clean with everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

We didn't have any complaints about the house at all. It met our expectations and our needs.

Please don't let this put you off. The property is designed around a garage although this is a very well designed & lovely property I feel the garage doors could needlessly put people off, If it was possible to make the garage door look more homily & not like a garage I feel it would help market the home better. Not a huge problem but a name plaque on the gate may help ?. Maybe consider a microwave as well as the cooker ?.

Very clean and quiet yet walkable to downtown

The fact that the heating was controlled externally by the host. He set the temperature and the times it came on and went off. We came in late at the night and it was very cold and didn’t feel right to text him at 1am to turn it on

Quiet location within walking distance of town. Comfortable accommodation. Good tips from hosts on where to go for food and drinks in ballina.

Breathnach Cottage was a clean apartment with good facilities. There was a big garden attached.to the property as well. Ballina town centre was only a short walk away. It was an ideal location to access the wider North Mayo and Sligo area. I would definitely use it again if it was available.
