The apartment was good, well equipped.

Pictures provided are misleading. This apartment is located in the building behind the W Hotel and it is not beach front. That beautiful swimming pool in the pictures belongs to the hotel and costs $125 per person/day if you book this apartment. The swimming pool available is small and shaded the whole morning. To use 2 chairs/sunbrella in the beach you have to pay $61/day and the service is over at 5pm (the amenities fee is charged for every day in the booking). When doing the booking you will pay $250 cleaning fee, but there is no daily cleaning service. You pay for the cleaning to the next guest.

This property was so poorly maintained. Sink and master shower plumbing issues. Balcony doors don’t open but it has bird droppings and is dirty anyway. Sliding doors are all in terrible condition and there is junk stored everywhere (paint and old light fixture in closet). Fully equipped is false advertising.

Close proximity to beach and great service at poolside bar/grill. Quick responsiveness from hosts.

One elevator was malfunctioning so took a while to wait on elevators. Extremely low water pressure in master bath shower.

If self catering the only decent supermarkets around 30 minutes drive away. Did not expect to have to pay additional $45 a day to use resort facilities. Also if you wanted more than 2 beds on the beach it was another $20 per bed each day. This may have been in the small print on booking but I didn't see it. Parking is also an additional charge.

Great location, beautiful condo, very comfortable, nicely decorated - perfect for my family of 5, great amenities. The host had a welcome package which is something not everyone does, so we were really surprised and delighted. We highly recommend this condo and host and will definitely be back.
