I stay in 15-05, in Living room sofa bed & queen bed got bedbugs. One of my friends is sleep over there and she got bite bedbugs, not only one but there’s are many. I even recorded it.

Very clean, giving people a comfortable vibe to live in. And staffs were all very responsive. We had a midnight flight but we checked out out before 12pm, so no where supposed can store my luggage. But the Beacon suites they kindly helped us to store my luggage for no additional charge. This was really helped me and impressed me. I would like yo recommend other tourists come and book here for stay during their trip. People can obtain a good quality homestay facilities and serving by good staffs. The location is very convenient and easy to walking to TRX and PAVILION etc. All in all, just come and no worries. The room also has good city view.

Although things were clean there was an overpowering scent of air freshener that was very artificial and made the air heavy. The unit was furnished for multiple sleeping units, including a double bed and futon in the living area. This would be great for a large group but not suited for our group of three. A bit far from the centre and no places for breakfast or a meal nearby.

The hosts were amazing, very responsive and provided clear instructions and relevant information. Great location, easy access, close to major roads and food stalls. The unit was simple and clean - just the way we like it. It was very comfortable, spacious and contained all the basic neccessities. The views were unbeatable - you can see the hills, a creek, the part of the city skyline, Penang Strait and Penang Bridge from the unit. We accessed the gym and pool facilities on the top floor. Both were great. Highly recommend catching the sun rise - great vantage point. The building also has great security. We stayed for 2 weeks and felt right at home.

I want to start by saying this is not the fault of the hosts but I do think its worth mentioning so that guests are aware. This is a homestay style accommodation, so the building will have a mixture of tourists (guests) and residents. This also means the building was not designed for high traffic - there are only 2 main lifts and 1 service lift. There were a number of times where we had a wait several rounds before we could get into the lift (keeping in mind there were 6 of us). So patience is required during peak times. Most of the people we met (both residents and guests) were very friendly.
