Royal Stuart Lane - Townhouse by the Bay with Parking

Really comfortable modern house in a good location. Good prompt helpful communications with the property manager,

These are all minor things and didn't detract from our stay - It would have been good to have a TV in the bedroom, there weren't any dishwasher tablets so I had to buy some, the gas igniters on the hob didn't work which caused a moment of panic as we started to cook dinner but fortunately we had some matches with us. There was room to park by the house but it's a narrow street and the other people who park there sometimes make it difficult to get in and out of the reserved space

Spacious, own free parking, fully equipped kitchen, good decor and 3 bathrooms.

Beds are on the smaller size. Not suitable for people with mobility issues- lots of stairs. Top bedroom was very hot even with a fan and squeeze with the wardrobe open. Cobwebs on the ceilings and skyline. Shower on the top floor is not draining well so floods. Spotty Wi-Fi on top floor. Host is responsive but not flexible.

The property is a town house covering three floors and suitable for a family of five or more. All the rooms were en-suite which was convenient for us.

Great location, off-road parking, 3 mins Walk to the bay. The house has 4 floors, and each room has its own bath/shower rooms. The house is clean and pretty much has everything you need for your stay

I suggest to add Portable Air condition to the House , Since , opening the Window allowing the insects coming in . Others everything going Well . I love Cardiff ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Fabulous property, perfect for our requirements. Well furnished and decorated, impeccably clean and just a short walk to restaurants and bars.
