There was cockroaches walking around the whole place There was a used toilet paper no refills The garbage can was reeking when we got there There is no safe parking for your car When i reached to use the pots and pans the cockroaches were walking on the pots and pans

Lovely lady that showed me the room and where to get in and out of the property. Very spacious accommodation!

Car park was a little tricky to find and all locked up. I probably wouldn’t have found the room if the lady that let me in wasn’t there.

No breakfast. The flat is what you see in the pictures

Waited long in order to get the keys to the property. I almost drove back home, Its in a dodgy street. Plumbing problem in the bathroom.

Review of My Stay – Extremely Disappointing Experience I booked Apartment No. 8, but upon arrival, I was given Apartment No. 12, which was not what I reserved. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning of a frustrating experience. I had informed the host in advance that I would be arriving at 16:00, and I specifically requested that check-in details be sent before my arrival. However, no information was provided. I called the host multiple times but received no response. By 17:00, I was still locked out and had to contact Booking.com for assistance. I ended up waiting outside for more than an hour before I was finally given the code to enter the property. Once inside, the condition of the apartment was extremely disappointing. The place was in poor condition and clearly not cleaned. There was human hair everywhere — including on the bed, and the general cleanliness of the apartment was unacceptable. This experience was far below expectations. Lack of communication, poor service, and unacceptable hygiene standards made this stay one I cannot recommend to others. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their communication and cleanliness protocols moving forward. Attached are pictures of the apartment I was given
