A beautiful place to stay. Hosts were friendly & knowledgeable about the area and we were made to feel very welcome.

I would have liked a tv in the bedroom but that's just a personal preference.

The location and it was so very cosy . Felt very relaxed and welcome .

Superb accommodation, friendly hosts with a warm welcome. Property and facilities are very clean with comfortable beds, fast wifi and an amazing shower. The Ulster breakfast was delicious will definitely visit again.

Stay was perfect

Fiona and her husband were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. They also gave us a lot of information as to what we could do and see in the area. The accommodation and the breakfast were excellent. We hope to be back.

Well located place to stay in if you want to explore the south-east. The property is as beautiful as it can be. The hosts were really lovely and welcoming. They made us the best irish breakfast we could have. They suggested us some of the best landmarks around the area and they even helped us to come up with a better trip-plan around the country. Highly recommended, don’t doubt to stay in here!

From the moment we arrived Fiona greeted us with a smile , in our book that’s always a good start to any away from home stay. The house is immaculate, the bed very comfy and a pleasure to meet Perry who gave us a history of the house and gardens, mustn’t forget Prince (dog) who is a treasure The Irish breakfast was enormous with Fiona having us try all the delicious different breads, nothing was too much trouble, always around to give advice where to go / see which enabled us to have the perfect stay. Perry and Fiona haven’t been doing B&B for long but have definitely got it down to a fine art and hopefully we’ll be able to stay with them again on our next visit to N. Fiona and Perry are the nicest couple and went out of their way to make sure we had a perfect stay. Their property is beautiful and so convenient to lots of local hikes and sights. The breakfast was lovely, the room was comfortable and Fiona and Perry gave us such great recommendations for what to see in the surrounding area. We cannot say enough great things about this B&B—it is definitely worth the stay!

Such a wonderful stay for our 1st wedding anniversary . Felt like home !! Fiona had kindly left some strawberries and chocolates along with a Happy Anniversary card in the room for us . Everything was so cosy and clean. We enjoyed some Netflix in the evening whilst sipping on tea in the cosy family room with wonderful reclining seats. The summer house is also an awesome area to relax and take in the view, it's sheltered so even when it's raining you can still enjoy !! In the morning, we were then treated to a yummy breakfast that filled us up for a long time !! Thanks so much Fiona , Perry and let's not forgot Prince!! You're hospitality goes above and beyond !! The pictures do it no justice , the place is just beautiful !! We would highly recommend the lodge , you won't be disappointed!!

Fiona and Perry were very welcoming and friendly. They have a beautiful house and gardens, that are within close proximity to Tollymore Forest and Game of Thrones Studio. The hosts ensured there was plenty of options for breakfast, including a variety of GF options too. Shame we only stayed one night. A very comfortable stay, and would definitely return.
