2202 Pullman Three Bedroom luxury Penthouse apartment

The location was good.

Although it was not advertised with regular cleaning, For the price of a 7 night stay, aligned with hotel prices I would have hoped at least for a linen and towel change every 2-3 days. The site clearly states private swimming pool and balcony, which one would assume to be adjoining the apartment. Apparently it is elsewhere and access needed to be arranged. this was inconvenient and vergin on false advertising. For a self catering apartment the kitchen was extremely sparsely equipped, we had to chop vegetables on a dinner plate. Only one key card was provided for 3 rooms, so for any late night entries, we had to go down the lift to fetch each other. The WIFI did not work for most of our stay. The issue was blamed on the building and left there. We were travelling for business and planned to rely on WIFI. Also, as there was no DSTV access we had planned to use streaming services, which did not work without the wifi, so we spent days without TV.

The suite was simply amazing. The agent who met me was friendly and helpful and showed me the apartment and took me to the parking. The apartment was world class and well equipped. Very thankful for the desk as I could work comfortably.

The lifts in the building are not working. The strong smell of weed on every ( long awaited )lift trip was unbearable. Lift occupants with joints ( and other) made my family uncomfortable. Sadly we will not return to this beautiful unit -lifts are essential. We felt safe in the unit but not in the lift and the lobby.

the hotel staff did not help us with all of our luggage wen we arrived and wen we left. We couldn’t use the trolley available .

The property was beautiful and the settings was exactly what we wanted and how it looked in the pictures. The whole property was very clean; I was very impressed by how clean the place looked. I also liked that pots and other kitchen appliances were available. it felt like home away from home. we had an amazing time, it was definitely worth the money we paid and then more.

We had two issues; when we checked in the place wasn’t ready until around 7pm because we had to wait on linen and we didn’t have time to settle in until the cleaning was done. The other thing was the room facing the living room door didn’t close and we were told maintenance would come fix it but they never did, so for the entire trip person that slept in that room felt exposed and deprived of privacy.
