Very tidy. Clean. The deco was nice. Organized. Perfect location to tour old town.

Just want to share my experience for future travelers. 1. There was a camera right by the front door, facing the wall inside of the apartment. Didn’t get answer what the purpose of it when I asked. It was facing the wall, hence it shouldn’t be able to capture living room or kitchen but I done know. 2. In case arriving late, food place near the apartment seems to close by 11-11:30 pm. The host’s guidebook says that there is an easy and fast food delivery but I found that to be not true. Later the host said that she forgot to update the guestbook. The delivery service by Getir no longer an option. Most of the supermarkets seem to close at 9:30 pm. Uber Eats available. I trusted the guestbook and didn’t plan ahead. For an early morning excursion, it was stressful to get what we needed. 3. The check in instruction said that the lockbox for the house key is dangling on the stair railing. But it is mounted on the wall next to the front door. Harder to find since there is no motion sensor light. For the travelers like us wouldn’t know that there is a light switch on the hallway wall. The hallway was dark. 4. The living room has no AC. There was a fan but we couldn’t get it to work. I asked the host but didn’t get an answer. The area felt stagnant and hot. 5. When I asked the host about place to store luggage, she gave me the location of the beyond Lockers y Consignas. After walking with the heavy luggage for 10 min, we found the place to be closed permanently. Pelican Bike 5 min from house stores luggage for €5 per suitcase. Google search helped me to find it. 6. Check out time is 11 am but cleaning person just walked right into the apartment at 10:45. She stood right there watching us leaving. Found it to be little intrusive. 7. The host’s response was little unreliable. She would just not answer to a certain questions. Also, not all of the information she gave found to be accurate. Sorry for being wordy but I would have liked knowing what I am sharing here.

Beautifully presented apartment. Fantastic central location. Proprietor kept us informed & gave timely & specific instructions for the apartment access. Would definitely stay there again

Location was perfect Property was comfortable although would benefit from another chair or small sofa Access to Valencia to was great Close to bike hire & cafes

doors from bedroom to balcony didn’t work - one didn’t open (principle room) one didn’t close (double room) No welcome hamper - we arrived late so being able to make a drink would have been perfect. We went out late in search of milk, tea, coffee, cereal etc

Spacious ,clean ,well equiped ,comfortable and great location .

All very good ,for a while lights didn’t work in entrance hall but these were repaired during our stay .

The property was extremely clean and perfectly located to visit the historical part of Valencia. Very comfortable bed and well designed and equipped bathroom. Mercedes was very helpful; happy to answer any questions and to let us drop our bags off early.

There was nothing not to like.

Spacious, quiet, location on a clean side street but feel safe. Has all the amenities I need like dishwasher, clean utensils and 2 bathrooms for the group. Love the oriental decor especially the teak wood furniture which look unique and beautiful.

Communication with staff off office hour was a bit slow, which may be an issue if you don’t arrive València before 5pm. Lobby lights are not motion detect so almost break the ankle one morning in the dark at the 1 odd step on the marble floor.
