"We loved every minute!"

Beautiful views. Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Clean. Nice pool area. Easy walk to the beach. The lunch pail was a big plus for us! Came in handy to carry our drinks.

Couch was uncomfortable. The bathroom doors have glass inserts that make it hard to sleep during the night due to the light being on when someone is in the bathroom. Could use more towels in the room.

"Well located, in Waikiki, but also near Kapiolani Park and the Zoo"

This was an apt. with a kitchen, so this question is n/a.

Lots of construction noise during the day as the building's pool/spa and outdoor deck area is being remodeled. Project to last through next year, and was disclosed to us by landlord so we understood that this would be happening. Noisy, though.

Location and the included free parking in the same building are great benefits. You can quickly walk over to the public beach front. Also a couple of shopping options for small items and snacks around, including some restaurants and coffee shops. Apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a short term stay. Requests were answered quick and overall the communication was professional and friendly. We felt very well welcomed there.

Misunderstanding with maintenance staff caused small confusion but could be solved quickly and professionally. Nothing I would rate negative in hence sight.
