"Very good"

Quiet, secure and clean neighborhood, very pleasant. Two big pools and lots of greenery. Very good location in Marbella, close to the supermarket, pharmacy down the street, also few restaurants, 5 min walk to the beach and nearest bus stop. Beach was clean as well as not too crowded. Property was cozy, had a nice sea view and a beautiful terrace with sitting area.

The furniture and kitchen equipment was a bit outdated, no dish washer, microwave was broken and bedding (pillows and linen) was not comfortable. The fridge had a freezing issue. Only few TV channels (Spanish) and TV remote was slow. Make sure to bring your umbrella and chairs as they were not provided. No Aircondition in the rooms
