HNThe location is outstanding, located near bars, metro, parkings and just a 10 min walk to Sol and city center.
First I received a scam message on their behalf that they will cancel my reservation, I tried many times to contact them and they only replied 2 days later. The day I arrived with 2 small kids the access links to doors were not working and they never answered, at the end I went to the place and waited outside for someone to open the door (it was over 40 degrees in Madrid), there I met a guy from the staff that was really kind and helped us. The place was not clean, the double beds were extremely uncomfortable as they are not complete mattresses and the sofas were full of stains and smell bad.

GBIt was spotless and bed's were comfortable, nice and cool easy to access with the keypad and a great location !
The shower was very sensitive so a little hard to get the right temperature
