Apartment on The Hoe & Coastal Path with Free Parking

Extremely high standard of presentation and great fresh welcome pack of bread, eggs, milk etc, together with lots of basics in the pantry. The location near the Hoe and many walks was ideal.

We were there during a particularly cold snap and found the heating system to be rather random. Additional heating was provided on request.

An okay little apartment for a quite weekend winter get away /birthday celebration with my partner.great walking distance from shops,pubs and aquarium! I hate to write bad things about other peoples places but…

One of the down side to this apartment you can hear people walking around upstairs (which if like me and your a light sleeper it can cause disruption when trying to sleep) obviously I know there is nothing you can do to fix it just annoying (sorry to be that person) . Also like to add the carpet in the hallway needs to be stuck down more in the corner,me and my partner went flying over it can see an accident waiting to happen 🤔the smell from outside near the gate was horrible something that doesn’t give a good first impression and not to mention the moldy stench coming from the washing machine !!!

Location, cleanliness and value for money

I've been here about 5 times now and the place is always professionally cleaned to a high standard. The host is friendly and helpful. It's near the sea and the city centre. It's warm and the decor is nice.

Clean and well planned out

The Property was very clean , cosy and welcoming . The breakfast provisions were really thoughtful . Location was perfect to explore and not far to walk into the city .

Easy rear door location from the front road access to find. Although I'm familiar with Plymouth from previously living there, the (perfect) location is easy to find with constantly available (permit) parking spaces available.

Not a particularly don't like, but the parking permits require being posted daily so don't forget as the Wardens can start at 10am.
