I’m disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. I was told I would receive my £100 deposit back but it has now been over 7 days and I still haven’t received the payment. Communication has been poor and I’ve had to keep chasing for an update with no response. I would not recommend based on my experience and location of the area is VERY GHETTO and unpleasant.

Very disappointed with my stay and the way this has been handled. The bed sheets did not appear to be cleaned (staines) which was unacceptable and the deposit after 7 days still hasn’t reached my account. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone booking here I got scammed

It was very nicely decorated and had a great vibe. Owners were nice enough to give free snacks which was super thoughtful of them! Thank you for the amazing service and responsiveness would recommend to people needing a place to stay for a large group

"Great property for a city centre stay"

Close to the City Centre, just a short Uber ride away from our venue. Beds were very comfortable and there were lots of bathrooms. Check in was easy and communication from the host was great.
