The location was convenient and some of the facilities were okay.

This is not suitable for more than a couple. The sofa beds had no mattress component and were very uncomfortable. The heating system was complicated with each radiator having to be individually set. At night if they weren't turned off at the wall they made whistling noises at 30 minute intervals which didn't make it easy to sleep. The blinds in the living room also let in a lot of light. The partition wall in the kitchen is not full height so there is no real privacy between the bedroom and the living space. The motion activated lights were also irritating, particularly those in the bathroom which meant you had to keep waving your arms about.
