The advert said with balcony. That was the most important selling point for choosing it. Their was a very tiny thing but we were not giving access to it. I messaged to ask and was told their was no balcony (even tho I could see it) and don't advertise balcony if you can't use it

I contacted the host about the lights in bathroom not working, they replied saying they would come look at it, but never did. The bathroom was completely dark for evening use.

Lack of responsibility when they informed me that they would come check it out. I booked for 2 nights.

How close it was to the hospital. Where I had an appointment

You had to drive a mile to get the keys. No bathroom light in main bathroom. But no one answered us.when we txt about it. Cutlery was dirty. Broken soap dish in on suite. Beds very uncomfortable mattresses not good. Nothing to tell you how to work the tv. Internet was VERY poor

Nothing at all, and the lack of response is bordering on criminal.

The code did not open the lockbox outside, and my son and I spent 20 minutes trying and retrying before phoning the 'help' number to get a voicemail. That was on the night of Saturday 28th September and that call has still three weeks later gone unanswered. We rebooked, at great expense (£1300) into a hotel to replace the stay that we could not utilise. My request for a refund of the £540 has similarly gone unanswered and unacknowledged.. I am requesting a chargeback from my bank.

Amazing facilities.

It was an absolute disaster as the property was dirty, and I had to constantly chase the host for assistance. I eventually left as they never bothered to reply or respond. The mattress was terrible; it felt like you were sinking into the bed, and the next day my whole back was sore. Never recommend.
