GBLocation was ideal for my business trip. Host Nick was excellent in terms of his pre-arrival information. Flat was ideal for our purpose and was well equipped for self catering needs. Lovely fresh bed linen and towels. We were supplied with fresh milk and bread which was a lovely thought.
Nothing really to be honest. Small points really but maybe a welcome pack detailing local services and amenities along with emergency contact details. And maybe a general tidy up around the grounds of the flat.
GBGBThe property was well equipped and clean. There were lots of supplies for washing machine,loo rolls etc. Also bread, cereals tea etc. Good use of space for a studio apartment. There is an outside area with seating. The parking was good and we had good communication from the owner. As we were there when big artist on at Principality it was quite pricey( as were all properties for that date) so bit difficult to rate price wise.
The bed creaked every-time we moved. There are blinds but they didn’t block the light so woken early. It’s in a residential area quite a walk from nearest pub and shops. We gave up on walk to beach.
GBIt was everything we wanted for our trip to watch the rugby (shame about the result l. The rooms were lovely, very clean and comfortable. Nick (the owner) was incredibly helpful both before we arrived and whilst we were there. From leaving the property to arriving in the city centre took no more 20 minutes so it was perfect if you didn't want to stay in the city centre and pay their prices, with the added bonus of being a reasonable walking distance from the sea front. I'd definitely stay there again if I go to the rugby again.
There was absolutely nothing we didn't like about the property
GBGBGBGBI used to live in Penarth, so know the area well. Little Lodge is a five/ten minute drive to Penarth Promenade, the cliff walk and various sea front restaurants/bars. On this occasion I travelled with my dog Stan. Nick the owner was very welcoming and helped me navigate the TV remotes.
