This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Heyshott Manor - Luxury 5 bedroom house in Portsmouth in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Top, higly recommendable without any hesitation"

Top Location, very nice and spacious. Everything was on a very high standard. Very clean. Nothing to complain, except parking.

No aircon, difficult to sleep as the weather was rather hot. Parking situation quite a challenge if you return late to the house.

"Perfect place for a group holiday!"

Great location with good quality, modern furnishings and nicely decorated throughout. It had everything you could need during your stay and was spotlessly clean (congratulations to the cleaning team). It’s a perfect place for a group of friends or family to enjoy a break and I shall definitely return.
