Overall, room clean, staff attentive and very convenient location to acess to.mall.n lagoon.

No table cloth to wipe the basin water

Location is fantastic, right above Sunway Pyramid. Operator very helpful and easy to contact.

We wish someone told us there's a lift in the parking to go to the basement than having to use stairs. It was inconvenient for us as we have small children. Toilet needs updated.

Received no reply to messages Toilet was broken at the cistern .. could not flush No toilet paper Air conditioning leaked all the time..

Provide not ready room to us (not yet housekeeping), change 2 times room, room type not match to my booking also at the last room we get, very disappointed 😡

The location is perfect, it is linked to the mall so you have access to all the food and things that you will need. The host also allowed us to have an early check-in, I really appreciate it.

The property has been updated check in at 3 pm. I was checking in at 6 pm. The suppressing room was not ready, I asked for change but she refused. She told me to wait another 1 hour to clean
