"Kind Host in a Perfect Location"

Tim was a very good host who obviously cares a lot about the property. The property itself is in a perfect location in the heart of Bologna. I felt very secure and safe at the property and it had a high level of cleanliness. The vast majority of little things have been thought of by Tim, such as a fan in the loft area, ear plugs, espresso in the morning, and towels. The property is peaceful. Value for money is unmatched.
I provided feedback to Tim at the time about the perception of invasiveness which some guests may have of the CCTV within the property, which he seemed to take on board. I also commented at the time as to the volume of signage within the property which he was reviewing. The mattress could be better as my back was aching after sleeping.

I really appreciated the cleanliness and excellent organization of all the facilities in the flat, with clear instructions (in multiple languages) written everywhere. The host is extremely professional and friendly: this is probably the best stay I had in a place like this.

Tim is a very Nicea person, he is very wellcoming and you can count on him for help and suggestions. The house is cleaned and well maintained, in a very good position cose to the university area.
