A little bit of distance from both the tram and JR stations but was still comfortable. The tram was not too noisy for us most probably because our room was facing away from the tracks.

The room was assigned the day before arrival, but it was not clearly labelled, thus we had guests accidentally intrude while we were in the room thinking it was the toilet.

Abitazione comoda ad una fermata jr e al tram. Raggiungibile il centro città in una ventina di minuti. Bagno spazioso e cucina fornita. Pittoresca l'entrata sui binari.

Purtroppo nella camera c'era un cattivo odore proveniente dal pavimento e cuscini e lenzuola erano macchiati. Una doccia per sei camere in alcuni momenti so doveva aspettare.

"Great for a couple days however kitchen supplies could/ should be better for the price."

Kitchen supplies were not very clean. Fridge smelt funny as obvious old food/ drink was left from previous stays. Bedding could be a little cleaner. Locks to the room weren’t great.
