Property Notes

For security reasons valid Photo ID required before or on the day of arrival to ensure we are not taking any guests that are minor. IDs will later be deleted and will not be stored once you have checked out from our apartment. Damaged deposit is £300 and is fully refundable upon inspection of the apartment after you check out. Payment due is 7 day before arrival by bank transfer and any bookings made within 7 days of arrival deposit to be paid at the time of booking. Thank you for your co-operation and understanding. Trained pets welcome on request. Cats not allowed. Guest need to inform us in advance that they need to bring the pets. £25 per night charge directly payable to us. Pets not allowed on soft furnishings or beds & Sofas. Extra bed lining for the sofa bed and spare bed is chargeable.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"I was disappointed as the check in was stressful and then it was smaller than the place we had booked therefore 2 of us"

Bedrooms were a good size and twin beds were useful for our group.

The living space and kitchen was quite small for 5 people. Both showers also leaked so a lot of water ended up on the floor in the bathrooms. We didn’t get in at 3pm as per arrival time as our property could not be accessed and we were moved to an alternative property which has less bedrooms. Parking was difficult as all around the property is residents only and not a pay and display option so this caused some inconvenience also.
