Plioni Villas With Private Pool & Suites With Hot Tub

Very nice appartment. Staff was very helpfull, nice vice view and great jakuzzi.

We absolutely loved our stay at Plioni Villas and Suites. We rented one of the apartments and it exceeded all expectations. The accommodation is beautifully designed and has all the amenities you could need for a self catering holiday. The location was exceptionally beautiful with a short stroll down the road to an expansive almost private (due to how quiet it was) sandy beach. If you're looking for a secluded holiday then look no further! Our host George was fabulous too and provided very useful information on the area as well as surrounding beaches and restaurants. Nothing was too bigger ask for George! There is a fantastic supermarket nearby to stock up on local produce as well as some excellent restaurants. Due to its remote location and dirt road to reach the property you do need a car.

That we had to leave! It's really hard to find any fault. My only suggestion would be to offer a beach umbrella and beach chairs either to rent or on a deposit basis. We chose to stick to more remote beaches that didn't offer sun beds or umbrellas so this would have come in really handy. Other than that, there wasn't anything we didn't like about the property, location or the hosts. I'd go as far as to say it's one of the best holiday properties we've had the pleasure of staying at!

Everything was great. George the host was very kind and took his time to give us some great tips on what to do and where to go. The cleaning staff was also great!!

The stone floor next to the pool got very very slippery and we found dead mice in the pool 4 out 6 mornings. It's also good to know that it's in the middle of nowhere.

Beautiful peaceful location, with clean pool and south-facing garden. Well equipped kitchen with modern feel and comfy seats inside and out. Bumpy road down to house but nothing the average car can't handle! A few minutes drive to a number of backeries, shops and tavernas. Our arrival was much later than expected, but this didn't seem to be a problem and the cousin of the host took the time to explain all that Naxos had to offer with lots of local tips. Many thanks!

Our stay to Villa Plioni as a small family with a baby of a year was amazing. The place is new, calm and beautiful. Perfect for a holiday stay when you can't go around madly because of kids and heat. Decoration is great, minimalist and colorful with naxian's influence. The swimming pool right in front the terrasse makes it all, and of course what we appreciate the most was the welcoming and attentions we got all along. Valia was very welcoming, took care that the baby got everything he needs. She's quick and effective for check in. We especially appreciate the presence of Vicky on site, checking very discretly that we required everything we need, every day. Being there for us and at the same time discrete. She is so kind, a real pearl! Thank you to all the women crossed for our stay in Naxos and our baby first great holidays in Greece. Merci beaucoup😊

Maybe the kitchen needs a bit more furnitures and accessories to cook. There are just few things and we are quite limited. Also, we hear a lot neighbor's life/noises outdoor, with the other house just nearby, or the flat above with terrasse and hot-tube. It's badly isolated from noise around because of proximity..but with people respectful it should be all good. In our case it was not a big problem. Also small advice : according the fact you host potentially families it would be amazing if you had a removable barrier to prevent infants to fall into the stairs going down. We managed to find a system to do so with luggages but a small basic barrier to take in/off within the profile of your hosts would be great !

Despite the fact that it was not available for all days that I would stay in the island and despite the fact that it was a bit pricey for me, the photo's looked really nice and I said what the heck, lets allow for myself and family to indulge ourselves for few days in something that looks very nice. When we arrived, to reach it we had to cross a dust road for a km and I was a bit worried in case it did not meet our expectations. Well, the host waited for us, opened the door, and my goodness! It was better than the photos, both inside (good size bedrooms, large living rooms, three toilets, very comfortably but also fashionably decorated in the inside. Outside is the private pool ((lighted during the night, nice sofas, tables, puffs and everything outside (and again catchy and fashionable design) and a large garden type area only for you. And a good, electric barbeque outside (a good one). The problem is that everyone liked it so much that nobody wanted to leave from there to go to the beach and rather stay there chilling out. This was so much contrast with our next days of stay in another villa (half price), which despite being also beautifully designed, it did not have living room and the same outside, so in the last days we were almost continuously out. It is 2023, we were from the first visitors of this that was new, I hope it remains that good in next years. Close to it are two relatively good beaches (Kastraki, one of the clearest waters in the island but a bit dull and Mikri Vigla, decent/good, organised with sunbeds and beach bars). It is about 25' drive time from Naxos city and/or the best (to me) beach of Naxos, Agios Prokopios (especially the non-organised part) Generally, if one told me where would you like to stay if you were locked in that place and cocoon for a number of days, with friends or family it would be a serious candidate choice for me (of course depends on the price also). Hosts were very fine and kind.

1. The 1km (or more) dust road to arrive and the narrow entrance to the location (I have a bit lengthy car and I scratched it on the fence, but with a mid sized or if they move a bit the fence (or remove the plants from the opposite side) it would be fine 2. it is 25' drive from Naxos, so if you like going out at night etc and not simply go to a nearby taverna, you have to drive (eg if you rent in Agios Prokopios you do not have that much driving). Generally you do not go there if you do not have a car or bike
