Very clean, great facilities, fabulous location. The apartment is very quiet, comfortable beds and very good value for money. Would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone wanting to have a space with friends and family. Key collection instructions clear and close by. Car park also very convenient. Communication during booking for clear.

It was fine to pick up the keys from the service station but when we arrived at the apartment there was someone on reception so we could have picked the keys up rom them as would have been more convenient?

It was a really nice, clean and neat apartment. The unit is located at ground floor, so is very easy coming and going. Location is great, beds are comfy and firm, and the bathrooms are superb.

Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable apartment, equipped with everything you could need. Excellent location, a short walk from the city center and the central train station, from which you can quickly and easily get to Villa Park or the airport. Excellent communication and support from the host. We were really lucky because we managed to book such a great apartment for the “Black Sabbath weekend”.

The place was very clean, it had nice cool water in the fridge, coffee and tea. The bathrooms are quite spacious and nicely clean. Well located, 10 minutes walk from the Mailbox
Could have done with an extra fan as we could not sleep with the windows open being at the ground floor.
