It was cosy. As soon as you walked in, you felt like you could easily live there. The ring doorbell made me feel secure. The fridge had drinks in for us. They had board games and candles. The property was so clean and organised. It was just absolutely perfect! Will definitely be staying again if we come back to Birmingham!!

The room was impressive and comfortable. The heater worked well during our winter visit, and the host was very kind and thoughtful.
The hot water tank is quite small and takes a few hours to heat water, but this is not a significant issue.
