Brand New Gorgeous 2 Bed Apartment at Estepona Hills!

We were welcomed to the property and shown around by Roger. This was a lovely contemporary apartment that is obviously someone’s much loved holiday home as they provide many additional comforts. It is like staying at a friends home. It offers safe underground parking and a south west facing covered balcony. For our March stay this was a little disappointing as the weather was not great and the sun did not reach us until early afternoon. However we would imagine this would be great in the summer as the sun would be higher and the covered terrace would provide much needed shade.

It would have been nice to have had an information book written in English with local recommendations given re restaurants etc. More importantly our booking confirmation stated that the swimming pool would be open during our stay so we were very disappointed to be told by Roger that the swimming pool was closed due to the regional water restrictions. This closure was emphasised by tape around the swimming pool. The gym was difficult to access and the pool bar was closed. Although we were disappointed about the pool we accepted this at face value until we visited other properties not far away in Mijas Pueblo and San Pedro Alcantara whose pools were fully open???
