[Duomo - City Center] Appartamento elegante con suite

La posizione era ottima. Si va in centro a piedi e si trova parcheggio sotto casa

La casa di per sé era pulita ma ci sono state alcune cose che non lo erano... Alcune stoviglie (piatti)non erano state lavate bene, il frigo esternamente non era pulito , ma soprattutto il divano in cucina era molto macchiato. Per utilizzarlo abbiamo disteso sopra una coperta. Le lenzuola scure, anche se pulite, non fanno buona impressione...

Der Gastgeber Mirko war sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Es gab eine sehr gute Einweisung per WhatsApp für den unkomplizierten Check in. Es gab direkt vor der Unterkunft ausreichend Parkplätze für 0,50 €/h oder 8 € / Tag. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig ( ca 10 Min.) zum Zentrum, alles ist gut und schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selber liegt in einem schönen Altbau im 3. Stock mit hohen Decken und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen und werden sie weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles!

La pulizia e la luminosità

Very comfortable apartment in the nice building in a very good area close to all Cathedrals. You can go walking around and no need a car. Parking us under the flat or 100 m from the building. There is a cafe, a restaurant and a small shop with all nessesary things close to the apartment. A big supermarket COOP is about 20 min by foot. The apartment has all equipment you need: dishwasher, washing and drying machines, iron, system "clever house", drinking water in the kitchen. Its warm enough although in the evening the batteries are beginning to be switched off. The owner is a very hospitable and helped us with everything we needed.

The pressure of water in not very strong in the bathroom. But its not a problem.

Location and the flat itself

It would benefit from a better range of cooking equipment.

Położenie, łatwość dostępu, blisko parking, przestronne wnętrze apartamentu, fajne lampki z regulowanym światłem, duże pokoje, kawiarka, mikrofalówka, pralka i suszarka do prania, mocne wi-fi.

W kuchni popsute szafki, brak patelni, poplamiona kanapa, brak worków na śmieci, poduszki jak kamienie, pościel bez poszewek, okno sypialni otwarte na potrzeby klimatyzatora i zalepione taśmą izolacyjną, zepsuta roleta w oknie dachowym.

Ottima sistemazione per visitare Ravenna a piedi. La casa è a 300 metri dal Centro storico ed è attrezzata in modo impeccabile.

Manca l ascensore ma si sapeva, e qualche piccolo utensile. Consiglio di mettere un rotolo di carta da cucina....serve sempre!
