Villa Grazia - Anima Eco Lodge -Ville Lussuose con Piscina Vista Mare

I had an incredible stay! Riana was super helpful in organizing transport and making everything run smoothly. The place itself is insane—absolutely stunning with amazing views. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Highly recommend!

Great views, brilliant design and friendly staff. We really enjoyed the breakfast items as well. Bed was comfortable and bathroom / toilets were great.

Would have liked cupboards to store clothes. Also, path leading up to villa needs to be paved, it is a bit risky to navigate on 2 wheeler in its current state. Strip of plastic hat runs through roof let's in too much direct sunlight onto the bed, can look to add a curtain there

The villa itself is beautiful and spacious. It is located off the main road on a small hill, with an excellent view of the beach. In all my travels, this is the first time I have left a review lower than '7'. Prior to an incident that happened (more on that below), my main issue with the place was that the villas are rather close to each other, and therefore there is far less privacy than one would imagine (other reviews have pointed this out as well). The neighbouring villa has a birds-eye view of your pool and your dining area, and if you do not draw the curtains, your entire bedroom as well. Aside from this, breakfast - which had to be ordered in advance the night before - was mediocre at best. The road into the property is also quite rough-going. If these were the only issues, I would have gladly rated the property an '8'.

On the last night of our stay, there was a power outage which affected the Mawun region. When we reached back to the villa at around 830pm, the 'guard' - there is no reception - informed us that not only had power been knocked out (since 6pm or so), but that there was no water supply as well. There was either no backup generator. Although the 'guard' had a high-powered torch, we were offered nothing. We returned to our villa is total darkness, and having bought back our dinner, ate it in darkness. We messaged the 'manager', but she said there was nothing she could do but wait for updates from the local authorities. As the hours passed, we eventually made the decision to bathe in the pool, because we were muddy and dirty from the day's excursion - luckily the neighbouring villa was empty, otherwise it would have been quite uncomfortable to have to skinny dip in view of others. We had to open our toilet door and main door to sleep - luckily it was quite windy - because there was no airconditioning. We couldn't even flush the toilet or wash our hands without running water. We took bottles of water from the mini-bar to use for these purposes. Eventually, the power returned at around 3am in the morning (we were awake as it was difficult to sleep in these conditions). The next morning, as we were about to check-out, we were told by the manager to make payment for the bottles of water that we took from the mini-bar - this was probably what disgusted me the most about the property. When i informed her about my unhappiness about the previous night's issues with power and water, she told me to make a complain through Booking.com and request for a refund. Turns out, Booking.com has reached out to them, but the hotel has refused to refund me for one night. Absolutely disgraceful management.

We were to Lombok celebrate our anniversary, and Villa Grazia was the perfect place to stay and enjoy our time there.

The view is stunning. Everything was clean and no bugs but one friendly gecko ;) awesome spacious bamboo lodge experience with floating breakfast.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in while I’ve been travelling! The owner is amazing and so helpful. The room is insane!!! Defo recommend everyone to try this. Thank you for the amazing night away!!

Nothing at all

Overall the property was nice and the view was stunning. However the things besides were not that great: scooter, breakfast, pool.

There was no light at the mirror in the bathroom so you could not really see yourself when it was dark outside. The motorbikes they gave us were really in a bad states and not for cheap… we were really not happy about that, also dangerous. One had almost no light, we didn’t see the road after the sunset, the other one you could not see the screen when it was dark and the speed bar was not working. The helmets were too big, it is dangerous. In our opinion it is a shame to provide such bikes… hopefully we had no accident. The breakfast was too light, we could choose only one small plate. If we wanted more we had to pay more, and also really not cheap for what it was… also we could only order between 8-10am. If you want to wake up early for an activity, you cannot have your breakfast. And every time you have to order the day before for the next morning, and we didn’t always knew when we wanted to wake up. The pool was too cold, we could not use it. You can close the curtains but a bit of the roof is glass so you have the day light from 6 am…

Very nice place to be. Villa is amazing. I‘ve stayed there for 6 nights. Beautiful View and nature. It‘s very quiet and if you need help with something the staff is everytime available. Riana was very kind and helpful. She made my stay even better.

This accommodation offers views of two fascinating seascape panoramas. The atmosphere is extremely inviting, promising a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
