The location is good

DANGEROUS - unless you like your children playing with broken glass and a hand saw don't take them to this property. Bring your own cutlery - there's 2 folks and not enough of anything else for 7 people. There was a full black bag of rubbish full of empty takeaway containers left in the kitchen which made the whole downstairs smell awful. The foosball table is broken so don't be excited by that when you see the photos. The door handles are falling off. Bring toilet roll as you'll be lucky if there's any or one in each toilet. Bring your own tea towels.. none of those either. Under the beds is disgusting.. ear plugs, rubbish, sweet wrappers, hair clip, dust.... I could go on but I think that gives a generally idea of the standards this host has. Oh and don't expect a response from the host if you raise any issues as they just ignore you, booking.com are also useless and I'm still waiting for a outcome to my complaint.

Modern property, comfortable, good location and excellent value for money. Host was helpful and informative. Will definitely use again.
