STRIP & SPHERE VIEW! Privately Owned Condo Hotel-The Signature at MGM

The room had an amazing view of the strip from the balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

it is a lot of walking from tower 3 to the strip . The walk to MGM Grand was decent, not too bad at all.

ambiance, safe and comfortable, you feel like you are in your own home. love the valet and bell staff.

a little bit pricey

The condo itself, although 23 years old, was very well laid out. Might have been nice to have chairs on deck. Most furniture appeared original.

Hit with unauthorized $25 "Owner Administrative Fee" that neither Booking.com or the MGM will refund....and the condo managing agents are AWOL as usual. At check-in, maintenance guy had the bathroom sink torn apart trying to fix 100% pluggage. After 90 minutes of effort, I asked him to leave and re-attempt repairs when we left. Had to get a cleaning person in to get the muck cleaned up. Contacted the rental agency by email only (s9nce their VM is full). Instead of explaining why they didn't proactively get a maintenance person in first thing in the morning before our arrival, they basically said "too bad, so sad...we did the best we could". Bad idea to rent from a rental agency with only one condo in the property, since there was no opportunity to switch to a functioning-bathroom unit.
