Cozy Family-Friendly House (3mins from Erith and Slade Green station)

The facilities were outstanding and very comfortable. Everything that was needed was provided and was of a high quality. Water and fans were available and much appreciated with the hot weather. Parking space in London is a premium.and two were available outside the property. The smart tv in the lounge was huge. The one in the bedroom was appreciated. The garden furniture made it lovely to sit out on the sunny days. Having a toilet downstairs as well as the bathroom upstairs was very welcome. The hosts were attentive but inobtrusive. The cutlery was of a high standard. The beds were comfortable with good quality bedding. The iron was of a high quality and ironed perfectly. The ironing board was sturdy and easy to use. I really appreciated the paper towell for mopping up spills. The shower worked really well and the bathroom was very clean. The towels provided were soft and absorbent. Having an external smart lock on.the front door made access to the property quick and easy with no keys that could potentially get lost. I highly recommend this property for family and friends.

Location is a bit far from central London. But we already knew it.

Nice clean space. Convenient for work purposes as a contractor. Great Internet which didn't dip out throughout our stay.

Hot water pressure wasn't great.

A Hidden Gem; Truly Feels Like Home! I stayed here with a friend and we were absolutely blown away by how lovely this place was! The living and dining area is beautifully done, with a super comfy sofa and a massive TV.. perfect for a cosy night in. The garden is just as charming, and both bedrooms are spacious and spotless. One room even has its own TV for that extra bit of comfort! The entire house smelled incredibly fresh and clean from the moment we walked in. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils (just a heads-up: bring your own wine opener if you’re planning a chilled evening). The convenience of a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom made everything feel so easy and comfortable, even though i totally forgot it was there since your eyes are instantly drawn to how beautiful the house is. The keycode entry made check-in smooth and Joyce was a total star! She is always available, kind and helpful. She really made us feel so welcome and at ease throughout our stay, even when i was having a moment where i couldnt find the big bright red switch to turn on the cooker haha. Even if you don’t need to be in Slade Green.. book this place anyway, just to see how good it is!

Honestly, everything was wonderful! The only small thing I’d mention is that the kitchen didn’t have a corkscrew, so if you’re planning to open a bottle of wine, it’s worth bringing your own. Otherwise, it was perfect!
