Modern & Stylish Home at the corner of famous Penny Lane in Liverpool

Beautifully clean, comfortable and very well-equipped. Arriving on a very cold day, the house was toasty warm when we walked in. There were plentiful supplies of coffee, kitchen roll, loo rolls, toiletries etc The host was regularly in touch and immediately responsive when needed. Good location from a personal perspective and easy access to city centre by public transport. Good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Nothing major. A couple more tea towels would have been useful. Found it unusual to have heating controlled remotely but host responded immediately when we needed heat increasing. Would mention that traffic noise from the nearby main road can be quite loud if sleeping in the front bedroom.

Fabulous location, easy street parking, sparkling clean and quiet. Grocery store, restaurants and pubs close by, right on bus line. Beautifully decorated. Host was very helpful.

As noted in the listing, the stairs are VERY steep, would not recommend to anyone with balance issues.

It was immaculate and had everything you needed. Very well thought out and tastefully decorated. 5* for comfort, location, cleanliness and price.

As it notes in the information the stairs are narrow and steep so care should be taken.

We visited for a swim meet at the near by Wavertree pool so location was good. Very well presented house and it is well equipped from plates, cups, glasses and cooking utensils. It has a nice modern feel to it and the chocolates and wine as a welcome gift were much appreciated.

The water pressure on the downstairs shower could have been better.

Literally everything, the property was surprisingly perfect, everytime we thought of something we needed or looking around the property when we arrived, we were always pleasantly surprised of the thought and care that was put into the preparation of the property. The bedding was so comfortable, the kitchen was so very well stocked. The location was ideal for us for personal reasons, however being able to walk to soooo very many amenities, shopping, everything, made the location exceptional. Being from a warm climate, we were concerned of being cold, however the home is a consistently warm temperature, just perfect throughout. Will definitely be returning, and looking forward to it!

Would have loved a clothers dryer (or a washer / dryer combination unit) in the property, but understand the costs etc of running it, then we could've washed sheets and towels easily for a long stay.
