GBWe recently had the pleasure of spending a night aboard a yacht, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The yacht itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the view from the water was simply breathtaking. But what truly made the trip special was Captain John. He was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering every question we had quickly and thoroughly. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi under the stars - it was a perfect way to unwind and enjoy the serenity of the water. Overall, this was a truly memorable experience and we can't wait to do it again!

The pictures of the boat are taken years ago. Dirty facilities, smell of 60 years of use. Good luck to futures guest. We have been around the world and pole to pole, worst ever experience.

Lack of communication with staff, wasn't sure if we would be able to actually stay as we didn't have any response from the staff for over 24 hours, after trying to call text and email to say what time we would be arriving which you were asked to do, the emails were being sent back as email address not working. We arrived anyway at 4pm like we had said and had to wait around hoping someone would turn up or call, eventually I received a text to say we should let them know an hour before and were told we had to wait for them now. Didnt get on the boat until 6pm! No tour of the boat was just given a key card to enter the pontoon. The hot tub jacuzzi wasn't working, there was a message displaying on the control panel saying call for service and no instruction manual, so we couldn't use which was very disappointing as it was the main reason for booking. We tried to contact someone to ask about it but again our calls and texts were ignored. I only had a response in the morning when I text to let them know where I'd left the key. After paying a lot of money to stay as a suprise for my husbands 40th birthday I left disappointed.
GBA wonderful characterful yacht, a real relic. Well laid out, clean sheets and towels. All the different areas we enjoyed and used. Wonderful comfy beds, lovely rooms with en-suites.
Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t full of water….was quite sandy. When we tried to put it on it said ‘call for service’. When we called to ask the contact about it we received no answer, we also didn’t receive a tour of the boat and how to use. After reading other reviews of how amazing the jacuzzi is and how captain Rob gave such a warm welcome and lovely tour. We feel as if we haven’t quite had the same treatment in all honesty. On a health and safety note, not responding to calls or texts in case of emergency, not great either.
GBGBGreat Stay !! The 1st night was quite stormy but we barely felt the boat moving.....we enjoyed the hot tub and music on the boat every evening rain or shine. The location was great as a base for daytrips. We used both the kitchen facilities on the boat and access to the bar/restaurant in the marina and we also went into Poole 1 evening. Also had time for a cozy read in the lounge area.
