"Fab villa in fab area"

Fabulous apartment. 3 mins walk to casino. Spar 3 mins walk away also. Very comfortable, modern with a proper hairdryer iron washing machine, towels. Cooking facilities with all cutlery etc you need. Lovely pool with parasols to take to pool . Allocated sun loungers. Quiet resort but so close ro all restaurants shops etc. Excellent value for money

Pool is a bit small but ideal for a small private complex. It wouldn't prevent me from returning.

Great apartment, spotlessly clean and in an excellent location ,no hills and easy access to strip ,TV has all uk and Irish channels ,pool area is very quiet and really nice would highly recommend

Excellent location, central to the restaurants and bars. The complex is small and personal, I think only 8 apartments? Everything outside was spotless then you get to the apartment and certainly not the most costly, it is wonderful. I have visited PDC many times and this is by far the best apartment that I have stayed in. Immaculate is the only word for the condition and cleanliness, absolutely everything was provided for, the beds were very comfortable. Great bathroom and shower, nice and cool without using the air conditioner. Washing machine absolute bonus. It feels very top end with great care taken to provide style and comfort. The Spar shop 2 minute walk, no hills to climb on the way back from an evening out. I felt safe and secure whether in the apartment or laying by the pool. I hope this is available for our next trip out in a few months. Thank you for providing the perfect place to stay, hang on, I forgot, the WI-FI is faster than mine at home!

We stayed in early January, the pool was a little chilly but it did not stop me getting in. The weather was warm enough to encourage this.
