"The house is in a great location and is priced well for no thrills."

The house is in great location and the host is very communicative.

The house did not have WiFi . The house could have had more supplies like the essentials towels and toilet paper. Also the drive way was very steep and if you have an individual who has difficulty walking this is not the house for you.

"We felt at home, and enjoyed our time here."

This was a return visit for me. The house is an authentic mid-century ranch home, in a well-established neighborhood. If you are familiar with Athens, GA, you will probably feel very much at home here. If you are visiting as a tourist, you should be aware that the house has not been modernized--it has a "vintage" feel. It is clean and tidy, but not pristine. Communication with the owner is easy, by text, and she is very professional and helpful. And the price point is very fair.

The Television is Roku enabled, so be prepared. (I am an old-school cable subscriber.)

"The house was very old. It hadn’t been occupied for a long time, so it didn’t seem like it had been thoroughly cleaned. And at night the house is freezing cold, but the thermometer was locked, we couldn't warm up the house.

The roominess and pet friendly

Just had a smell of being old. Not a deal breaker though. Reminded me of my grandmother’s house. Would like to have had curtains or blinds over the back windows.
