Super Central 2 Bedroom Flat Next To Brighton Shopping Center & Beach

The flat is very very small. Advertised as 95 m2 apartment but it was about 3 times smaller than that. The bathroom door doesn’t close. Shower holder is broken. Lots of hair under the bathtub water plug. They never clean it. There are only 3 dining chairs but we were a family of 5. Toilet paper was missing. The toilet seat was partially broken. The mattresses were not comfy. The staff was very rude. Private cars cannot stop near the property to unload our luggages. So I was trying to get to some advice on this but the contact I called sent me off with “F” word. So in short it was an awful experience!

Location was good Lounge area was massive Beds were comfortable and decent sized rooms

WiFi wasn’t working A lot of the eclectics were put together in a dodgy way Some of the cupboard hinges were broken Very dusty in some areas No cutlery One of the beds was broken

The property was clean and comfortable, however, there was much to complain about.

The doors were not secure, the Wi-Fi didn't work, there wasn't a full bathroom let alone the two we were expecting, we felt very unsafe due to the door lock situation. We tried to contact the hosts via Booking.com's messages several times and also tried calling several times but have still not received any response! This is unacceptable.

Nothing good

There was no Wifi password. I kept emailing the property representatives, but they ignored my messages completely. The dishes were dirty when we arrived, the showerhead was broken, blinds on the window were broken.
