Sunset Shenanigans - Easy walk to the beach easy bike ride to Seaside

Loved the location and ease of getting around. The home was clean and comfortable and the area was quiet. The pool was great and met some really nice people that were also staying there. We would return to the area without hesitation.

I did not realize there’s no parking at One Seagrove beach access. However we shifted to the other beach access point where there was parking. It was a short golf card ride away.

It was quiet and PERFECT location, we actually really enjoyed and looked forward to our short little walks to the beach every day. My daughter loved passing by the surrounding neighborhoods and the flower bushes and palm trees. It’s so beautiful there, our circle of cottages was exceptionally gorgeous in the evenings with the pool lights and palm trees! Our neighbors were all so friendly too.

The only somewhat negative thing I could say was that it was a little warm in the house when we arrived, but the AC was easy to use once we figured it out. I also wish we would have had a couple back up rolls of toilet paper cause we forgot to bring that

The location was nice and the pool access was good.

We found 3 live roaches in the bedroom with the bunkbeds and the master bathroom door appeared to be chewed across the bottom by a dog or an animal.

Easy walk to the beach, donut shop, ice cream shop and a few restaurants. Very conveniently located. Nicely decorated little villa with great pool and grills.

Appliances like the refrigerator and microwave could use an upgrade. Also, instructions for the refrigerator should be in the check-in instructions before arrival! That would have been great! We needed to call staff to set appointment for appliance services due to refrigerator not working upon arrival but the freezer was working. Service to refrigerator was handled and everything was working after 24 hours so all ended up good.
