GBGBSpacious, good location, two bathrooms which were handy for getting us all ready and out the door for an important occasion early. Everything one could need for a few nights away. Great location for heading in to town or even further. Security is fantastic to get in and out. Communication with host was amazing.
There was a funny smell in kitchen areas soon figured out they had put the rubbish bin contents in a cupboard. Food waste, everything in an open bag. No clean dish cloth just manky sponge. No bath mat in bathroom very slippy tiles and towels a tad old and crunchy. Cream carpet in big room is in need of a good clean daughters socks were filthy by end of stay.

I refuse to start nit-picking to answer the question, "what didn't you like"! This apartment is absolutely fine!
GBThe cleanliness & layout of the apartment was excellent.
Bottom of car park all man hole drain covers had been removed. This was a bit of an issue when walking back to the apartment with the family at night.

OMThe security of the place and the whole building ,, cleanliness of the rooms and space available Most of items available for cooking , laundry , and entertainment. Everything settled perfectly,, Team assistance was available when needed.
* The elevator was not working as I had to carry heavy bags alone through the stairs which I didn’t mind it for myself but some people will require assistance without an elevator. * The heater central working was complicated I wished I could control each heater separately but unfortunately couldn’t, even the Towels couldn’t be dryed because all heaters including towel dryers in toilets are working together and shut off together. Was really annoying. * The freezer drawers couldn’t open when freezed because they are blocked by ice, where some meats I couldn’t use when needed because I couldn’t open. And some other frozen food I bought couldn’t store it in freezer as well.
GBThe flat was in a good location for visiting Dad, it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and we were happy to be able to take our little dog there. All the information provided beforehand was very helpful, e.g. a video on how to open the key box.
