Great location

Stains on the bedding Dirty, stained towels A dead insect on top of one of the beds Burnt and unusable kitchen utensils (frying pan and pot) that we wanted to use for breakfast but couldnt’t Broken blinds in two rooms Broken kitchen bin

So clean, so central, warm and cosy - whole family loved it. Great communication, all very reassuring! Plus I just slept so well 😊

Plenty of room, comfortable beds

Would not necessary mark it as luxury, nice but not. Luxury some furniture and fixtures damaged and/or broken

Apartment was well maintained although due to the building next door even though we were high up there were work men looking through the windows from the scaffolding. Apartment had everything we needed amd was spacious

Location wasn’t great as no pubs/ restaurants close by.

Lovely just what we needed for a family

One of the beds had a spring sticking out in mattress! I slept on the wrong side and had the spring in my back

From the time we went to get the key from key pad , that was hanging off the wall , went in the lift to 2nd floor lift and corridors smelt disgusting. Got to apartment it was filthy , blind in bedroom was broken and fire hanging of the walls in two bedrooms . Microwave didn’t work , the floors bathrooms were dirty , kitchen was dirty , all the cupboard doors were dirty . All the beds were old and uncomfortable, bedding wasn’t good , some beds no mattress protector on , cushions on bed were stained , I could go on forever . Next to the window in the living room there was scaffolding up and workmen walking right past your window , which I think we should have been told before booking .
