The place was comfortable, everything was provided, close to restaurants and shops.

I thought it was right on the beach, but it was a short distance away.

Location

The beach condo was located very close to the beach. It had a full-size kitchen, two good-sized bathrooms, and two good-sized bedrooms. The location was also close to all the restaurants and attractions.

The floors had not been cleaned or mopped before we arrived, and they were extremely dirty.

The location was perfect, just a walk to the beach. We had a full stocked kitchen and didn't have to eat out for every meal. There is a walmart and Target close by for grocery. The place was plenty big enough for the five of us 2 adults 3 kids. They supply a wagon, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys this was amazing 👏 🤩. You can chill at the pool and grill after the beach 😉.

Not many restaurants in walking distance, you have to drive to most of them and at times traffic is horrible. To go 5 miles will take you 45 min. And if it's a busy weekend, all of the poplar restaurants ( the hang out, tacky jack, and Lulu) from 5pm to 8pm it's a 2 hour wait if not more.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for younger couples with children.

The walk to the beach was longer than expected with the advertisement saying beach front it should be beach front. Not down the road then turn left then go down that road. One family member couldn't even make it to the beach from this condo.

Beds were comfortable

Floors were very dirty, not just sand upon arrival. For the price this should have been cleaned before arrival. I had to go buy cleaner and mop myself, to even feel comfortable. There was a rug just inside the door that had a nasty smell to it. We left that outside until we left. Dirty pans were put away in the cupboard. (Could get the plastic scratch cleaning pads to clean them) It was said to have a view of the ocean. (That was a block away) For the price this should have been cleaned before arrival.

Location was great. Short walk to the beach

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

I liked that we had chairs and other stuff to use for the beach. I also liked the cooking supplies.

Some of the dishes needed to be rewashed. There was some stuff left behind others in some drawers. Otherwise, still clean.
