The place was clean. Keys were available with the security guard. Tabeth communicated clearly which was good.

There is a backup system that seems to be quite exposed in the lounge area. This was very stressful as I had a toddler who came to visit. When you put the light on for one of the bathrooms it would trip. I was only informed of this issue after reaching out to Tabeth. I would have appreciated if I was notified of this beforehand. As I booked this place for my guests and it seemed like I booked a place with problems which did not make me feel good.
