Owners were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They were interested in what we were doing and just in general conversation. Very pleased with our stay.

Perhaps, the fact that we had a separate bathroom but not a huge problem.

Gorgeous property Hosts were exceptional, so welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much. Little touches make your stay 5 star. Every need and requirement has been considered. From toiletries to a variety of teabags in the room. TV with all the entertainment Netflix and prime etc, fresh water ready next to the bed. Bathroom fully equipped. Max the beautiful Golden Retriever is so loving and well behaved. There for a cuddle or some fuss or if you prefer he will leave you to relax. Mel and Cai are just the loveliest people and very good at what they do. All information on hand regarding what to do in the local area , including info on parking and access to everything. Bed was so comfy, best sleep. Really feels cosy with the Autumn 🍂 decor around the house. Overall relaxing vibe. Perfect after a long journey. Breakfast was delicious , and again every small or big request catered for. Nothing I can fault about this place, we will definitely be recommending and returning for a future visit.

Both Mell and Cai Harvey been very welcoming, and go above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay, even helping with a lift when taxi company failed us. Definitely recommend, it’s close by to a lot of place and the house is very well kept, clean and comfortable.

Everything! The owners Kai and Mell were so lovely and friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. They gave useful recommendations of the area. It was local to all attractions and we were able to park on the drive. The house and garden are beautiful and immaculately clean, complete with a summerhouse bar in the garden. We also had breakfast which was delicious and very reasonably priced. The best bit of all though was Max their gorgeous golden retriever, he was so friendly and calm and we wanted to bring him home with us!

Not a bad word to say, we will be back one day!

Our travel plans changed a few times en-route to the house. Cai and Mel were very accommodating and waited up until 11pm when we arrived; greeted with a big smile. My partner, son and I were welcomed like family members. The room was spacious and clean and had tea, coffee and water waiting should be wanted it. We woke to an beautifully laid out breakfast in the conservatory. We paid extra for the full English breakfast which was delicious. Of course, the best until last. Max, their beautiful, Loving dog. Very calm and loving. The highlight of the trip. Great around my 18 months old who was toddling around. Would definitely stay again on my next trip down south. Thank you very much, Cai, Mel and Max!

Cai & Mell are a very kind couple and Maximus the dog is soft and cute. Their hot tub is great and the breakfast was delicious.

Mel and Cai were very welcoming and helpful.. The house is very clean and peaceful. Lovely dog. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evening, then a beer and my book in their beautiful garden.

Without sat nav if would have been difficult to find the property as its set in a real rabbit warren. Even with it it was a two man job. Well worth finding though.
