This 55th-floor studio offers breathtaking city views and a convenient location. However, the "penthouse" title is a bit misleading, as it's a compact space better suited for 2-3 guests rather than the advertised 5-person capacity. Areas for improvement: - Wi-Fi speed and stability (around 50 Mbps, not 300 Mbps as advertised) - Cleanliness issues in the bathroom - Pest control needed While the apartment has potential, these issues significantly impacted my stay as a digital nomad. With some attention to maintenance and more accurate descriptions, this could be a great option for couples or small groups seeking a high-rise experience.

The place is spacious, the air conditioning is cold, and there are Netflix subs and kitchen equipment and utensils. Even though we didn't use the washing machine and iron, they're still good to have if you're staying longer. The host and manager are accommodating.

No bidet.

Great location! Walking distance from Greenbelt and Glorietta, a lot of restaurants within the area, and condo has their own mall in the first floor of the building. They have good security as guests are required to present valid ID and have their picture taken at the reception area. Parking is also available but if you want private parking, send car details in advance so they will let you in the designated area. The room itself is nice- with a nice view of the city and is well-maintained. It only has one queen-sized bed and sofa bed so if you’re more than 3pax, perhaps bring an extra bed. Downside is the bathroom has an off smell- maybe because it isn’t used much? We’re not sure but it’s tolerable. Overall we had a nice stay.

Owner showed up right away to smooth things over when the paperwork got a bit confusing. Extremely helpful, great communication and very understanding and flexible! Two thumbs up!

Unit was a bit smaller than perceived, but no impact on our stay. The property itself has a lot of rules and security measures that delay and complicate perhaps unnecessarily. All with friendly staff and a smile though, zero unpleasantries
