Fuimos una familia con 3 niños y disfrutamos un montón la casa, sobre todo la planta de abajo con acceso directo a la piscina

On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, the house is spacious and private, and the temperature inside was pleasant. The back porches have beautiful views, especially in the evening, but we had to carry all the chair pads outside to sit down.

This stay was extremely disappointing. There was absolutely no communication from the host. I began reaching out 24 hours before arrival for basic details and still didn’t even have an address when we started driving. I was genuinely concerned. I had to contact them through email, WhatsApp, and phone before finally getting instructions on how to enter the house. Even then, the key wasn’t available when we arrived, so we had to wait for someone to bring it. There was no check‑in process and no house information provided—we had to figure everything out ourselves. When the host opened the door, the smell inside was overwhelming. I immediately opened all the windows. The odor was coming from the kitchen and smelled like rotten food and mold. We had to run a drum-clean cycle on the washing machine and clean out the dishwasher filter, then run a long wash cycle just to reduce the smell. Even after that, something in the lower cabinets between the dishwasher and washing machine still smelled terrible. We also had to wash dishes that had been put away dirty and clean the countertops ourselves. Four of us spent an hour cleaning the kitchen. There were also seven used 1–2 liter bottles filled with water sitting on the counter—no explanation given. No bath towels or kitchen towels were set out, though we eventually found some in cabinets. The floors were only swept, not actually clean. Do not wear socks—our house slippers were filthy after one day. The bathrooms were clean, but the first‑floor handheld shower head is damaged and sprays sideways, and the rain shower is so clogged that water only pours out from one side and the bidet does not work.

Het huis zelf is mooi groot en een oase van rust.

Als je naar Valencia stad wil is een auto of een taxi wel een aanrader. Lopend naar het tramstation was erg ver (45 min lopen)

Hemos estado súper cómodos, la estancia ha sido súper agradable, y la piscina y el patio nos han dado la vida! Súper agradecidos con Amparo, un 10 cómo anfitriona, si volvemos por la zona, ya tenemos alojamiento sin dudarlo, mil gracias!
