Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt ausgestattet, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt für das Ende unserer Rundreise. Leider hatte ich mir zuvor eine Lebensmittelvergiftung eingefangen, weshalb ich sehr dankbar für das zweite Bad und ein eigenes Schlafzimmer war, während meine Mitreisenden den Tag auf der Dachterrasse verbrachten.

Leider war der Aufzug kaputt und den Bewertungen entnehme ich, dass das bereits länger der Fall ist, weshalb man das in Hinblick auf mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen besser erwähnen sollte. Außerdem gab es regelrechte Sandfliegen-Schwärme, die zu hunderten im Pool ertrunken sind, weshalb ich am dritten Tag darauf verzichtet habe, dort schwimmen zu gehen, weil die gesamte Oberfläche von toten Fliegen bedeckt war. Ich konnte nicht mal auf der Terrasse sitzen bleiben, weil die Sandfliegen mich am ganzen Körper gleichzeitig gebissen haben. Aber damit muss man im Dschungel natürlich rechnen. Die Unterkunft kann nichts dafür. Also: DEET nicht vergessen!

Location was ok with access to a nice beach

This stay was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. Before booking, I explicitly asked the host whether there was any construction noise in or near the property, explaining that I am very sensitive to noise. I was clearly reassured that there was no construction anywhere in the area. This turned out to be untrue. There was active construction on both sides of the building. The noise was significant enough that we could not use the rooftop terrace or the balcony, which are key advertised amenities. Given my direct inquiry in advance, this felt like a serious misrepresentation. Check-in was problematic from the start. We were not sent the required QR code and were left waiting outside in the rain until the host responded. The elevator was not working, and although I followed instructions to notify the host so someone could assist us with luggage to the third floor, the response came over an hour later and no assistance was ever provided. Inside the apartment, the sheets were visibly dirty and had hair on them. There was also a noticeable gas smell near the laundry room, which we reported and did not receive a response to. One of the showers had a severe odor and was unusable. Later, we experienced a complete lack of hot water in the evening and weren't able to take a shower after a long day at the beach. Responses to this issue were significantly delayed, and we were asked to troubleshoot mechanical systems ourselves rather than receiving prompt on-site assistance. Basic amenities were also lacking. There were no dishwasher pods despite pods being referenced in the guidebook. There was also no body soap. Overall, this stay involved multiple hygiene, safety, and maintenance issues, combined with delayed communication and inaccurate pre-booking information. This experience did not meet reasonable expectations. I would not recommend this property, especially for guests who value quiet, responsiveness, and basic standards of comfort and safety.

Très bel appartement, confortable, très propre, jolie résidence au calme. La piscine privée sur le toit est vraiment agréable!

Emplacement un peu isolé, pas de commerce ou restaurant à proximité à pied. Mais nous avons trouvé des options très sympas à Akumal à 5min en voiture.

El departamento es amplio, limpio y confortable. La piscina en el rooftop es ideal para pasar tiempo en familia. Contar con lavandería, cocina y un amplio televisor en la sala facilitó el disfrutar nuestros momentos familiares. La seguridad del edificio es buena.

El ascensor no funciona (por inestabilidad de la red eléctrica), lo que dificulta subir y bajar maletas por las escaleras. El acceso al beach club y a la playa no es tan cerca del edificio, pero si andas en auto puedes conseguir estacionamiento cercano.
